Database Administrator - Oracle, SQL Server

Kforce is seeking an Open Data Administrator to join their Data Services team in Phoenix, AZ. This contract role involves managing two Open Data Portals (ArcGIS Online and OpenGov), collecting, organizing, evaluating, and publishing datasets. The administrator will ensure data quality and compliance, collaborate with internal departments, engage external users, maintain metadata standards, and support internal analytics projects. The position requires a strong understanding of data governance and a passion for leveraging data for transparency and innovation.

Must Have

• Plan, execute, and monitor data-related projects.
• Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of datasets.
• Identify datasets suitable for publication in collaboration with data owners and compliance teams.
• Engage with external users (developers, researchers, civic tech groups) to understand data needs.
• Maintain metadata standards for discoverability and documentation.
